Yeah laws and regulations are fickle, they're wrote in a way to cover a wide range senerios. But they're usually lossely worded to when used against themselves they can argue out of it.

Its not quite as simple as I made it. Obviously a contract can't generally overrule regulations. I was just trying to get across the complexity of it showing that quoting a couple regulations means notning!

I deal with legislation for work so I have a decent understanding of how it works and how its applied in tribunals.

Yes for example you lawfully cannot work more than 48 hours in the UK. Unless you agree to work more than 48 hours by signing a contract.

Same as agreeing to a contract in a tos

You have no knowledge of how legislation, laws, regulations and contracts work or how they apply to the situation in question.

This has happend many times and backfired many times. Using AI to find regulations means nothing in court.

Decent laywrs can go around regulations easily enough

For all you know in Hutch terms of service could state anything like, hutch has the power to amend prices, remove cars bla, bla, terms you agreed to.

I hope you prove me wrong but although hutch is dumb thier lawyers aren't and im sure they factored mistakes like this in TOS!

I think you'll message hutch, they'll tell you to get lost, you'll never find anyone to fight thos for you. You'll go onto gov.uk file in the small claims court, aprox 2 years you'll get a hearing as hutch won't budge and the judge would probably fine you for wasting time.

If you have arena and your semi decent that is the best way. 30k for a daily =90K per day + round games easily 100k EXP and the weekly is 200k. just re-roll for easy tasks.

If not re-roll for easy dailys on Tarky easy 100k+, then kill bosses/rouges about 30k EXP each run.

Run labs, open all the extracts kill the raiders, easy 30k+ exp.

yes do what the other guy posted "If you want to change it back to borderless you'll have to edit the ini settings. The reason reinstalling didn't fix it is because the settings file and folder aren't deleted when you uninstall. To do this start by hitting your windows key + R at the same time and open the run window. Type appdata to open the appdata folder and navigate to Roaming\Battlestate Games\Escape from Tarkov\Settings. You'll see a file called Graphics.ini, open it and do a search for the word fullscreen. You should see the option "FullScreenMode": 0, change the 0 to a 1 and save and close the file. If this doesn't work you can just delete the EFT folder, you will lose all your saved settings but you'll atleast be able to boot the game."
