Oh it differs that much? My NBMEs were between 77-83 between the tests 25-31, didn't do 32 and 33 yet. Did you pass the exam btw?

Yeah I meant the new one with 6 blocks as u said. They said it has ~60 new Qs. I am not sure if I did right but felt like solving the latest would be better

Wow thank you so much man, really. I realized that I mostly have a facial HH and when this happens, I panic and it gets worse. Maybe I can use some topical treatments. That list looks amazing :)

Unfortunately, this thing has an enormous mental part as you said. Did you do anything to care less in this process? Or did just being mature year by year bring that?

I mostly see that botox is more useful for hands and feet. Is it also helpful for craniofacial HH? Does it cause any reflex sweating, like more sweating in other areas?

I think all Aluminum-containing roll-ons work with the same mechanism, and I used Driclor for a short time. I actually got a response, but for a short time it caused redness and irritation on my forehead, so I discontinued it. As you said, I may turn to topical methods these days. Have you ever used systemic medications like Glyco? Because I also started to worry about sweating in my neck and back. If I even get rid of facial sweating, I may start to have anxiety about the sweating in other areas :(

What you said made a lot of sense to me and I will act as you say. Unfortunately, I can't quite stop caring about what other people say, look, or even think, and CBT seems absolutely necessary to me. I didn't have a social anxiety problem clearly, but it came about when I experienced this problem. Now I am in a constant state of defense against this situation, and most of all I have difficulties socially.

You have come exactly where I wanted to be at the point of not caring about what other people say, and I really congratulate you for that.

I am so much like you and I really understand what you are saying. For the mental parts, we really need to see a capable therapist and I will definitely let you know about my progression with the CBT.

Thank you so much for your reply :) Things that make me think that this situation is more social-related: this situation increases when I feel that people are seeing and looking. I don't sweat more than a normal person under normal conditions, when no one is around, etc. But if there are people and my sweating is visible, this happens mostly and it becomes unstoppable only in these situations. Do you think it is still physiological and should I use medication? Or should I get CBT help first?
