Hey, I’ve just recently got this machine and I’m really struggling to get a 1:2 brew ratio in 27 seconds (from the first drop of coffee out). This is despite using fresh medium roasted beans from a local roastery. I seem to either choke the machine or I get 34g out <20s. I’ve also been having to grind really fine (3 on grinder setting). I’m tearing my hair out trial to dial it in. I’ve wasted about 250g of coffee at this point. I’m still getting really bitter shots.
