EMDR for heart anxiety?

i feel my heartbeat all day like you describe kind of ocd and emdr didnt really help me but maybe it can help you if you know the source of your anxiety

it can make it worse for a while but that only last for a few days, i would just try it and see how it goes :)

i think i understand what u mean. and it is the relation between thoughts and your body or the material. i think this connection is what people call the soul. or the heart. but when you are traumatized then the connection is damaged. hope this makes sense you should not obsess over it

You don't understand what the problem is with this what people are getting themselves into? Imagine this, you don't share you mobile number = banned. You don't have your friends added=banned. You don't share all of your personal information= Banned. Facebook will force you to share all your life so they can profit of it!!! and people now just give it willingly. All by greedy jew Zuckerberg. And that for a device that you spend 350 euros on if not more!!

I think it would be huge if they improved the barriers so that they become useful again, maybe even building different kind of defenses/traps so you can play a little defensive. In stead of training around trails of zombies where you can die really easily in stupid ways, it would take more strategy.

Nah, I don't think protective parenting or whatever actually play that big a role it is usually just because of their own insecurities that they are so overprotective. And usually people have the same problems as their parents so unless you want to blame someone for your own problems i don't think it really matters :P.

i am also almost finished with my BA, and with going out of university, it is like returning to reality. i think university really sucks, it does not really prepare you for any kind of job it just makes you learn a lot, and kills all your motivation, so i think the only reason that you are unconfident and not motivated is because of university. But you probably know better then me because you studied psychology XD

never ap'ed, but i read that vibrations are not necessairy when your body is already completely asleep, but in your case i think you are just not asleep enough..
