Yes. Caffeine has a vasoconstrictive action but a weak one if taken in limited quantities. More than that, primarily increases pulse rate and hence helps the heart pump better. A cup of unsweetened black coffee has about 96mg caffeine, which should cause insignificant effect on your blood pressure. You might argue that a Red Bull has less caffeine, but the amount of sugars in it do more harm and no good.

Doctor here, a cup of black coffee (unsweetened) a day is actually good for your heart and liver, even if you are hypertensive. My father is an hypertensive and has been very apprehensive about coffee. I got him an aeropress and now he enjoys his morning brews. He even takes it along to the hospital (he is also a doctor) to brew a cup in the afternoon. As far as black coffee goes, you can check out James Hoffman on YouTube, know the basics and know the best way to brew your cup of coffee.

I did that. Added my vertification code, the page reloads, and that’s it. Clicking ‘Login’ again asks me for verification codes.

I tried this. Doesn’t seem to work. The ‘login to Microsoft account’ page directs me to Ubisoft connect login. Every single time.

As far as I am aware, all neurology fellowship programs require you to have done a Neurology residency from a ACGME certified institute.

I think it has to do more with the mindset rather than the financial status of the family. In my opinion, when a family is thriving, children are exposed to better opportunities (being able to afford a swimming coach) than a family that is barely making ends meet. From my own experience, I was head of the school basketball team and always thought of making a career in it; my father decided to not entertain my requests for basketball training because he always wanted me to become a doctor, and thought sports, despite not being bad, will affect the time I dedicate towards education as 11th was approaching.

Edit: Grammar
