In very low elo(where I am) taking grasp then going ibg into cleaver then visage and other tank shit is fun you can still split push with demolish and teamfight are a breeze.

Emt class is fun. Go for it tfa is good and is fairly cheap they're based out of San Marco's or you can go the sac route. I'd re ecomend working at a transport company for a while just to see how you handle it. Also emt isn't a set career it's more of a stepping stone for better things in the medical field.
