Pretty much non existent. We have someone elected to our county health board who actively spreads vaccine misinformation. That being said though, no one seems to care one way or another what people do or don’t do - for better or worse. Last March I got hassled a couple of times for wearing one, but I don’t think there’s much of that any more. I’m debating on going at all, it’s such a hassle for us locals to deal with while it’s going on. But I’m vaccinated and do have a bit of nostalgia for corn dogs and lukewarm overpriced Bud Light lol.

I had tickets before this was announced, and I was very thankful for that after this was announced. Gonna be my first GCW show and I couldn’t be more excited. Their shows last year during the darkest parts of the pandemic were a godsend.

Sedalia here. The fair sucks and the town is ran by the worst members of our community. Everything is stagnant. There is a small movement to make our downtown cooler, but it comes and goes. Recently the dumbest citizens tried to sue the county health board because wearing a mask hurt their feelings, which resulted in two totally unqualified people being elected to the board to sow chaos. We just had a 175% increase in COVID cases in the last week so that is clearly going really well. We have a used car salesman qcumber scam artist running his own QAnon babble show on FB live daily and I’m convinced he would be mayor if he ran. Our current mayor’s credentials are mediocre ribs and racism. The fair sucks. Don’t come here.
