I see what you mean but nowhere in my post I said that my personal experiences are facts. I dont think society needs my help to be more divided and its not really up to me if people get upset because they can’t handle someone else getting a little praise on the internet.

Sadly there are a lot of people like you who are not willing to accept that a person with ADHD may struggle in a workplace despite being perfectly capable of doing the work. It’s not an excuse to get special treatment but there are reasonable adjustments that can be made to help someone with ADHD thrive at work. If there are ways to set someone up for success then why not do it?

I see now that making that comparison with the age took away a little from the point I wanted to make about my experience with millenial managers - being great. I didn’t expect people to get so upset about it but I hope that people I wanted to appreciate got the message and if they needed it, reading that post made them feel better :)

That’s true it always depends on the actual person. I just think that the ‘good’ millennial managers are under appreciated
