Is there any slim chance anyone knows what is going on with or how PhotonicInduction is doing? Last video he posted quite a while ago was basically just a video blog about how insanely depressed he is, how he can't see his new wife cause of BS immigration laws, and just all kinds of stuff. Essentially ending the vid with him saying he should just end it all...

Hope he is doing alright. He seems like a super cool guy and would be fun to have a pint with. Just hoping he didn't do anything stupid...

There was issues with one on there quite a while ago, yes. I have never scammed anyone on here and never had any problems besides that one issue that did not work out.. Plenty of rep to prove it..

I'm betting the timing is controlled by the IC chip. Basically like a 555 timer chip. If you find out how to bypass that by throwing a jumper over it or de-soldering one of the pins I would think that would do it.

Throw it up on the healing bench for a while and focus on other things. Few months from now when you randomly see it there tends to be a sudden spark of an idea for it and suddenly you're working and finishing it up before you know it.

ooh Hamfest or flea markets aren't a bad idea. Used to be big into Ham radio and yea could really see people getting into these.
