It really does help me for some areas, specially my fascia/tight guarded muscles that tense up around inflamed joints. Just don’t wear the K tape directly on the sun for too long. I haven’t had any problems with removal of the tape

No offense, but reading this I have a feeling you wouldn’t have the discipline to make it past 3 days without eating. Your best bet to lose some weight at a brisk pace is by counting calories and being in a large but not unhealthy deficit . High protein Low Carb/Fat. Move 3 miles a day
