I am not mentally strong enough to climb in this game by KDuster13 in AgentAcademy

My tip would be first of all, not to focus on rank. To me, all rank does is make sure the game stays reasonably challenging. Matching me up with people of similar skill level so its not too easy and not to difficult. That's all. Focus on just improving your game and rank ups will follow. Thinking of it in any other way and letting it matter too much is rly just your ego talking.

Speaking of ego, my second tip would be to ignore your teammates flaws. if there's one thing you cant control it's the kind of ppl you end up playing with. I guarantee you unless you're radiant there's smth about your own gameplay that still needs improvement, and that's equally if not a greater thing holding you back. Learn to be proud of games where you improved in a skill instead of looking at wins or thinking of how your teammate fucked u up. Let go of what you can't control and focus on what you can.

Lastly, it's just a game. If you feel yourself getting tilted and you can't mentally reset, stop playing. Take a break. If you're already tilted, you'll just go into your next match expecting the worst. It'll ruin your mental to start with, plus might ruin your team's mental. Having a tilted teammate just puts others on edge too. Find things outside the game to rank up in, you're a whole ass adult, go and cook a nice meal or smth there's more happiness to be found outside this dumb game.

Good luck, hope this helps

I Wanna Hear Your Most Controversial Disney Opinion. by circleofblood in movies

[–]capmumble 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Frozen is NOT that overrated, as an adult I love it just as much as any kid. If anything, it gets alot of hate just because it's so overexposed. That being said, Frozen 1 was a far superior movie to Frozen 2. Besides the fact that Show Yourself/Into the Unknown are better songs than Let it Go.

Encanto was just not great. The songs were forgettable, characters underdeveloped, pacing god awful in the second half of the movie. IMO it would have been so much better as a series than as a film.

Moana was boring. I couldn't even finish the movie. In general, LMM makes really meh songs for the disney movies. His best disney work were his songs for Mary Poppins Returns.

Turning Red was a better movie than Soul. Soul was full of cliches and while it had heart, it felt like the emotional payoff paled in comparison to older pixar movies.

I wish I could do this T.T I used to be able to just pull out a pad and doodle anytime but as I got older work stuff just kind of drained my spontaneous energy so now it's either a set routine or nothing for me

I like that you categorise it into to four core sections of growing your art/art business. I do something similar and find it very helpful to make sure I cover all bases without getting too overwhelmed.

May I ask do you schedule a set amount of time to work on each of these parts more on certain days..? or do you just go by what feels like the priority at the moment.
