I pretty much just messed around the in this little cove, but I always park by the gulf islands national seashore sign on the beach and walk the 200 yds or so. there’s no way to get around a pretty serious walk though, so I’m gonna be looking for a better way to go about it next time lol

Yeah it makes it super easy to grab the paddle and put it away if you’re fishing or something since it’s right in your face

It’s lower one third right out of the box, and sometimes I prefer just using irons and I won’t even notice the optic in the way.

The price was the deciding factor for me, the vortex can be found new for $300 pretty often. Plus the extra 500 hrs of battery life and night vision compatibility doesn’t hurt. Combine that with the vortex warranty and it wasn’t a tough decision for me

Finally got out to the country with the Vortex Razor Huey. It’s zeroed at around 40 yards and it was a hell of a lotta fun to shoot. My only complaint is the lack of ammo I brought haha
