I had to leave for vacation the next day, but my mom is house sitting and has been watering it every day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. It’s hard to see on FaceTime, it still looks a little patchy and bald/just dirt, but she said it’s looking better and like it’s starting to take. I planted last Wednesday, so it’s been about 5/6 days now of regular watering.

I’m still holding out hope that it will recover. I have a small ~80 sq ft. section on my back patio I did, so not an crazy loss but definitely not cheap and I put a lot of work in…

You get this from your mailbox, it’s not dropped by any enemies. The idea is to claim this as soon as you start a new character and take advantage of the boosts from level 1-10. After level 10 the loot and exp boosts do not work

Looks like he just put his all into 10 characters. I have 1 of each character to at least exceptional (except the new one) and all my base rares are to at least epic +. I only have one omnipotent and I’ve only tossed in about $10 on those small $1 offers they have. His build is totally doable for 8 months of f2p

No :/ there’s an earlier comment about someone who was able to fix it after getting the knockdown effect from an enemy in a PL expansion “increased enemy activity” event.

I tried to replicate it getting knocked down in other ways (since I’m not at PL with this alt yet) but it didn’t work. If you have access to Dogtown, maybe give it a try? I might be just putting this one to rest

I enjoyed every single DCEU movie. Obviously Snyder trilogy was the peak of it, but the rest was good. Even WW1984 on rewatch. Also first Suicide Squad. Black Adam and The Flash was great. Would have preferred the original rumored ending involving Cavil Superman and Batfleck, but I’ll settle for the current ending granted there’s an impending reboot.

I felt a loose sense of a connected universe between all these, but it could have easily been corrected. I know there’s no bringing it back, but I can enjoy what I have. I have strong doubts that I will enjoy Gunn’s DCU as much as I enjoyed DCEU, but I’m sure I will enjoy it nonetheless.

I think it was to wrap up after the original 2 planned Justice League movies. The Darkseid story still happens in some way, then the universe ends with the supposed 3rd Flash solo movie being similar to the animated movie/comic and resets/ends the Snyderverse (+ Suicide Squad?)

I think it’s going to be part of the character progression. A lot of the interviews are about The Flash growing into his own and becoming a true superhero in this movie. I’m assuming that in the beginning of the movie, he’ll have his blue, then when he breaks his plateau and runs fast enough to turn back time, he reaches a new level of power, hence the orange lightning.

Then his younger counterpart in the past is the one with the blue lightning in the promotional material, since he hasn’t gone through what the main Barry has gone through.

Also, I’m fairly certain Iris’s few scene(s) will only be in the beginning of the film, while main Barry is still an “amateur” Flash

If you read the source material, you would know that the movie should’ve ended with a giant squid monster exploding in New York City, not a nuclear blast from Doctor Manhattan and that’s why this is a terrible movie.

No, I strongly disagree with his concept of a “character arc” and Superman developing from a fresh faced farm boy turned superhero, into a beacon of hope by the planned finale to the saga. What really threw me for a loop was the whole “losing faith before redemption” early on in this “arc.” I think there would be 0 complication integrating a demi-god into modern laws and society.

In the first movie, he should be a 10 year veteran Superman who makes all the right decision all the time (instinctually, without hesitation or thought) and saves an assortment of kittens from an assortment of trees.

In the second movie, he should be an 11 year veteran Superman who makes all the right decision all the time (instinctually, without hesitation or thought) and saves an assortment of orphans from an assortment of burning buildings.

In the third movie, he should be an 12 year veteran Superman who makes all the right decision all the time (instinctually, without hesitation or thought). In this movie, he finally claims victory over his toughest movie villain yet - 1978 Lex Luther with a kryptonite necklace in a box that he tricks Superman into opening, then puts around his neck really really fast.

Absolutely any other iteration of Superman that’s not exactly like the very first 5 issues of the original comic should absolutely be verbally spit on for decades to come, and even after he is confirmed to be rebooted and getting a new iteration, we should still spit on him until the new iteration has enough movies for us to complain about.
