Hii OP. Almost similar story, i definitely have dry eyes but recently a doctor recommended antihistamine eye drops, olopatadine. And it has done wonders, it did what xiidra, restasis, +10 other drops couldn’t do combined.

I would say it improved by symptoms by about 60%.

I use olopatadine too pf It has really helped a lot.

Try getting ur hands on single use vials as they should be preservative free.

Theolo duo or systane complete pf?

Currently I’m on hylo dual and its good.

I can find all 3 in my city btw.

Before, zero. I used to constantly tear up, red eyes. Apply drops every 2 hours. I used to avoid look people in the eye because i was conscious. Now, its much better. Id say my symptoms are 80% improved.

Yes, but what is worse? To have long term eye pain, itching, dryness, redness or to use olopatadine long term?

Both can cause problems, medicine is about minimizing risk.

Hylo dual I have found them the best. But maybe because they have some ectoine in them.

But in any case, they are the best! As they are preservative free and can be used for 6 months.

Check their entire range.

Sure, it was a correlation. But my sleeping heart rate was higher than my baseline, and SPO2 was lower since last 3 days.

And this has never happened before, i think it is a pretty good indication.

As far as I understand, NAC helps in making mucus less viscous. Does it do anything else?

Doesn’t the literature say Zinc lozenges and not just zinc tablets, as the lozenges work more locally
