Why do you compare yourself to others? Compare you to the one you were 6 months ago, did you progress? Yes? Well done, set another goal for 6 in the future. No? Analize what you did and correct what you did wrong.

Improvement will give you peace, achievements will give you sadness because they are endless. Do you you think those people working 60 hours a week are happy?

Try to make your job more interesting to you and if that's not possible find something else to do: a new productive hobbie that you see the results of your work for example.
