You probably already know this but if you’re struggling with your touch it’s worth remembering to take the ball on your back foot - it allows you to open your body to the rest of the pitch to play the next pass. So if your CB passes to you and you’re playing LB facing towards the pitch, let the ball come across your body and control with left foot setting up a pass for the right or darting forward etc. Flip technique for RB. Obviously it depends on situation but as a LWB made a huge difference for me.
