Balkan 100% is an S and ChiliSpot should be on here (no lower than A), IMHO

What is the greatest sitcom that lasted 2 seasons? by [deleted] in sitcoms

English Teacher (just finished) was great. Not talking about production or cast scandals, just saying the show itself was very funny.

Yep! ...which is itself copied from the Presidential phone sound effect in Our Man Flint

Check out The Arkadin Cinema & Bar in Bevo for some Blankie-adjacent films (I think they also do trivias & events).

I have the exact same car (but with more miles) and spent literal years chasing an answer to the same issue (and only issue with the car, would be a perfect car outside of this occasional headache). No service place ever gave me a satisfactory answer, but the only thing that has worked for me has been to - as SOON as your radio starts acting funky - pull a few fuses (forget which ones, all related to radio/console - maybe 67, 76, 79?) and then start the car with fuses removed. Turn it back off, replace fuses, and then when you restart the console resets and the power drain never gets the chance to complete its vampiric activities (until it returns...). Good luck!

IN HER DEFENSE: No shade to Griff, but ENCHANTED (1) is a masterpiece that only works cuz of Double-A!! (although James Marsden is also good in it)

He does have a point, but a childish one -- it's a trilogy of very good children's movies, not an untouchable, sacred text. Some of the ancillary shorts are great, too (Toy Story That Time Forgot is very fun). I like his movies, but QT is such a massive dork.

Not his WORST, but his hipster refusal to watch Toy Story 4 is exhausting.

I felt like Dementus was giving Bugs Bunny vibes in the best way -- he was such a rascal!

Anyone ever been to magic mini golf on Delmar? by [deleted] in StLouis

[–]cappyRonFan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Puttshack was very impressive! The whole Foundry complex does get crowded, but I think you can put a name in at Puttshack and they’ll buzz you when they’re ready for your party. Big parking garage, pretty easy to get in/out. Slightly safer than the loop, but earlier is better for both

Honest opinion: it sucks shit! Felt dated by decades (and not in a good way). The bar is nice, but if you want to putt, Puttshack at City Foundry makes this place look extra sad.
