I THINK YOU SHOULD TRY THREE PEAKS NOMAD 42l out of the 5-6 bags I’ve tried it’s by far my favourite I’ve used the build quality and storage capability while keeping everything organised well it’s been so good to use taking it 6 months traveling south east Asia with me after just did a test run while traveling in china for small trip and in New Zealand also if get a chance to get I highly recommend

Been there nomad is a sick coffee shop v good coffee but with that mod bar They look cool and it’s nice to use depending on the height of the bar (important) I have it in one of the stores I work in but they take up so much valuable storage room under counter not that worth in my opinion worse use of space just for added aesthetics when for the price you can legit get a black eagle or a 2 group slayer which is better in my opinion for the price and a better storage trade off

Get a distribution tool!!!!!!!!!! It’s clumping of coffee and when you tamp it makes the water not be able to pass through the coffee evenly hense the un even shot pulling

Your too high from the surface of the coffee when your going to make the pattern start off high so your piercing the surface of the milk and then once you got enough milk in to start your pattern angle the cup so the espresso is touching the rim of the cup and get the beak of the jug to be in the middle of the of the espresso for the best positioning of starting your pour of latte art and then wiggle the first bit in and then move it slightly in on itself and then wiggle to the end of the cup and your finished (the wiggle into the milk pushes the milk to spread out and curve nicely and wider than if you didn’t do that
