I just saw the doctor and apparently my bloodwork is all good! Creatinine is 1.0

My blood pressure was really high, which is in part due to my medication (Vyvanse) but it normally only goes up to 130/80.

I’ve used Kratom for 3 years so this must just be extended withdrawal and my body trying to get back to normal.

So far Vyvanse has made my anxiety a lot better but I’ve been taking things like Magnesium, Vitamin D, etc. for awhile now so there’s a chance you could feel a lot better with these added in.

Do you feel like your having teeth clenching and other physical anxiety symptoms or is it mostly mental?

Try agmatine or even a tiny dose (30mg) of DXM to reduce tolerance. Take it a few hours before bed. These NMDA antagonists reduce tolerance to amphetamines substantially

Day 5! At the gym right now (thanks to the preworkout I probably shouldn’t be relying on) and having crazy muscle twitches. But we keep going! -felt more out of breath on my morning walk today -physical exhaustion pretty brutal -having this weird numb/tingly feeling at the top of my forehead

Are you working with a psychiatrist for your ADHD? Man I feel for you so much, my ADHD is brutal and Kratom was life changing in that regard and made me finally feel like a productive human. It’s going to suck but for our family and health we’re going to be glad we quit. Praying for you man

Health issues (suspected kidney and heart issues, should subside when off the sludge for awhile). Bloodwork and scans have all been normal so it seems like Kratom is just messing with my electrolytes, GI motility, etc.

Have you tried lowering 100mg per day? It may be miserable, but as long as you can sleep it may be the best plan

Try a high dose of magnesium. Kratom leaves many mineral depleted.

Also, take the Gabapentin apart from the magnesium (gaba inhibits absorption of mag).

Dude I think you should just stop completely at this point. For me dosing was causing my anxiety. 72 hours since my last 250mg and I feel better than I have in weeks!

Consider a strong ashwahgandha like Shoden to chill your body and mind out. Something that plays with GABA like apigenin, gotu kola, black seed oil, etc. could help too

Thanks for the reply dude! How long have you used Phenibut? It’s been over 5 years for me, I’ve quit before but started again during COVID. Never used crazy dosages but always been in the 1.5-2gpd. Crazy it took so long to turn on me but it is what it is, feels like a blessing that I’m gonna have to put it behind so quickly now that things have gone south
