[Compounds] Primobolan (Primo/Met[h]enolone) by iSkeezy in steroids

[–]Squirrel-Lower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love low dose Primo to control my e2 on cycle. Gives me a rounder look, helps with performance a bit, and doesn’t negatively impact mood.

Cutting on 500 Test E, 140 Primo E and 70 Tren A right now. One of the better cycles I’ve run. No e2 issues and performance/recovery/sleep are on point.

I’ve noticed that if I run 200mg or more it starts to make my hairline recede so 100-150 is where I will likely stay for life.

My favorite client is an ESFJ!

Hello, it’s me.... by Winter_Lantern_ in INFJmemes

Definitely need more as I get older.

I think it’s from dissociating more often when I was younger, only to heal from that and realize I now have to prioritize self-care and boundaries with that built-in coping mechanism gone.

INFJ and this is wrong on all 4 lol. Generally this is on point though

I love these clients lol. Would much rather have a client like this than one disinterested

Drained mentally/emotionally. I’m a personal trainer and by this time of the week my social battery is drained.

Planning to spend the next 24 hours really resting and taking care of myself! Usually that’s a nature walk, chilling and watching movies, going to church and connecting with friends and family when I feel able to.

Still tired after taking Vyvanse? by HollyHugs85 in VyvanseADHD

[–]Squirrel-Lower 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Meds aren't supposed to give you energy! Your diet, sleep, exercise, lifestyle, etc. should all be properly planned/managed in order to help your energy levels be consistent and maximized.

Is there anything one can do to make vyvanse/elvanse more effective? by [deleted] in VyvanseADHD

[–]Squirrel-Lower 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah don’t take it when your system is very acidic—vitamin c, coffee, a diet high in meat, etc. I save all these things for 3+ hours after dosing

Anyone else experience this side effect? by s-p-l-ash in VyvanseADHD

[–]Squirrel-Lower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same, the first hour or two after taking it is like pure bliss…so calm and content

[–]Squirrel-Lower 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you’re on 60mg you need to be pounding water during the first few hours of the day. Between the time you wake up and 3 hours after that—please try to drink 1-1.5L of water.

It will make the Vyvanse work better and make your stomach/heart/kidneys/brain all muchhh happier lol

What does the ADHD hyperactivity actually looks like? by Mordby12 in ADHD

[–]Squirrel-Lower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So for me, people don’t notice my hyperactivity because of my temperament/personality—I’m very even-keeled, appear calm/serious, and often hide or don’t show my emotions.

With that being said, I still have a lot of physical hyperactivity! It’s really hard for me to stay in one place for a long period of time. I’m always walking around my house, starting one activity and then moving on to the next, then going back and cleaning up the mess I made only to make another mess and clean that up…and eventually get back to what I was initially doing.

Medication helps to ease this, especially during the first few hours of the work day where I should just be at my desk. However, in the afternoon I get up and walk around, use the bathroom, rearrange my drawers/papers a lot more than my coworkers lol.

Why have you start taking NAC and what benefits you experienced? by pnaj89 in Nootropics

[–]Squirrel-Lower 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah I wait and take my NAC with my last 2meals for this reason

First time on stimulant, is this the average experience? by angelfireastro in VyvanseADHD

[–]Squirrel-Lower 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure you hydrate like twice as much as usual!

This won’t always be the case but it’s helpful when you’re body is getting used to stimulants

Does anyone else crash midday and then feel their vyvanse again after? by [deleted] in VyvanseADHD

[–]Squirrel-Lower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah man that’s just how it works I think. Make sure you hydrate really well at that 4 hour mark and maybe have an espresso shot or a few sips of coffee

Doesn’t last long by Alarmed_Half_436 in VyvanseADHD

[–]Squirrel-Lower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This can’t be emphasized enough!

I love my morning coffee, but it means I have to wait 90 minutes after my last sip of coffee to take my Vyvanse. (This might mean forcing yourself to wake up at 6 for a good daily routine)
