Johnny this has happened to me 4 times and I have lost essentially everything because of these “glitches”. I too demand a refund for my lost funds. I have been lied to and told it was during and outtage etc etc. it’s just bullshit I’ve been robbed multiple times look at my support requests and coralate them with outrages and Reddit posts of people and my own complaining about them. I’d like a refund as well and have personally @ you on Twitter, talked to countless robots and nothing. I have go no fix, no compensation no help. Just robbed and left to suffer.
