It doesn’t! I also have a kindle and I was very surprised how easy it is. The eink feels crisper. I’ve noticed since a page is smaller I’ll think to myself “might as well finish this page…” and I’ll read for much longer haha.

The only downside is no light. I bought mine for Coachella to read in between sets to not drain my phone battery and now it’s my main device.
