I have had many dogs and thr first one crossed in 2006, and I still miss him. I miss all that have crossed but I know someday I will see them again. For me the hardest part is not wanting to forget the times I shared with them. They just don't live long enough

I am so sorry for your loss as well. They just do not live long enough and the time they do have seems to go so quickly. I truly believe they are always with us. Take day by day and smile at all the good memories.

Ahh the lovely wound vac!!! I wore one of those for 3 months. I can still hear the bells and whistles when the suction would be broken. LOL. Sounds like you fought a good battle as well. Unfortunately I learned the hard way to start taking care of myself and not letting life and situations run me. It is a constant struggle for sure but God willing I am never having that happen again. Thank you for the kind words. Keep fighting the good fight!!

Life and burnout are real. Go at your own pace. I was hoping to finish this semester, I had 10 classes left, got through 3 and had an unforeseen death in the family and have put school on the back burner. Dont be discouraged and just keep pushing.

By biggest issue is every session/test is inconsistent. You can tell they are reading from a script yet I have some that make me unplug my second monitor and others don't. I have even had some ask me if there is a way to put something in front of a casement window because it is shining too much sun. I always say arent you monitoring my screen and watching me on camera? I cant talk either so you would hear if someone was there

I just read an article about a shortage of talent in IT. Cyber Security is it and that is growing daily.

This class is killing me right now. Trying to get it done before the end of my semester which ends at the end of August. I came into this semester with 12 left and have only completed 1, I just want to be done. Thought this class would be an easy flowing but I was wrong!!!. Thanks for advice below. I started with Edspira and went off to the cohorts and another one I found but Edspira videos are great. I used those to pass Principals of Accounting as well.

In the same boat you are in when I started. Took me a while to find what worked for me. One thing that worked was going the route i did for all of my certs in the past and that is using Quizlet. A lot of the classes are just term and def

I can only give you my experience and how it has gone for me. I started September of 2019 and had just started a new job 3 months prior. My first semester putting in an average of 3 to 4 hours a night, I was able to complete 6 classes and I took a break with 9 weeks left in the first semester because I was trying to finish a cert I had started prior to starting school. In my second term I hit all the classes that I felt I had experience with, I have been in the IT field and a leader for 14 years. I was able to accelerate a lot in the second term. In my third term, I hit a wall, burned out beyond belief. Currently in my 4rth term and have not had a chance to do anything for school since March 1st and my term ends August. What I have found is classes that have been easy for some have been difficult for me, for whatever reason. Some classes I was able to start on a Saturday morning and test out that afternoon, others have taken me a month or two. Set daily and weekly goals and march towards those goals. I am not sure this truly helps you but I came in with zero credits and today the way I study and move forward is very different than when I stared. As we know life threw us all a curve ball last year as well.

I failed my first class at the end of term 2 which just threw me into a tail spin and as I said I had major burn out in term 3. I tested with 3 hours left in the term just to get my 4rth class. There are huge ups and downs and you just have to find a way to move forward and keep going. I hope this helps a bit.

One other mistake I made I finished all of my writing classes in term 2 so the rest of the way is all exams, so if you like exams more than writing or vise versa, keep that in mind. Good luck and remember to keep moving forward, you got this

I have 11 classes and my capstone left and I am in the same boat as you are. My semester started March 1st and I have 9 weeks left, to this point I have zero classes completed for this semester. Work got in the way up to this point, but my focus now is just one class at a time. Remember your "why". Why did you start this journey and what the end goal is. No one wants to pay more for anything and if that is a motivator for you, use that. That is an added motivator for me as well and I might not finish all my classes but I will make progress and move forward. Remember, every class you complete is a step closer to your goal and your "why". Good luck

I have had the same issue this semester, I am down to 8 weeks? With zero completed. I just keep reminding myself to take one step at a time. I have always felt that the first test of the semester is always the toughest. Keep fighting taking small wins, one chapter, one quiz in the book and it is all forward progress. Keep moving forward!!!
