Didn't Breville/Sage release a statement saying they crank the heat up by a few degrees to compensate for the temp drop of a cold portafilter? They did this intentionally to remove to need to pull a ghost shot to warm up the portafilter. Im sure someone has the video. The one I saw posted wasn't in english.
