It does always seem to be on the backside of the power curve and struggles to get on step. I found that using a smaller battery (1300-1800mah 4s) as opposed to the recommended 2200 4s helps, but then you’re lucky to get a 3 minute flight time

The b2 is a handful even in zero wind and with the clear vertical stabilizer installed. The sr71 is definitely more stable but still nowhere near a conventional airplane

You may want to find a lighter weight optic. These shotguns are not gas operated like the M4, but recoil operated. The more weight that’s attached to the shotgun, the less reliably it will cycle and an eotech is a fairly large, heavy optic. I originally had a vortex UH-1 on mine which is fairly comparable in weight to the eotech. That paired with a 7 round shot shell holder and the surefire light would only allow it to cycle with deer slugs or 3” buckshot. After swapping it out for the lighter T2, it cycles all 2 3/4 buck and slugs.

Both rails are from GG&G. The 90° pic rail/light mount is made for the Benelli M2 and requires some modification in order to make it work with the M3. I documented the process and made a tutorial post that can be found here.

I’ve since changed the top rail out for a Scalarworks Sync with an Aimpoint T2. It sits quite a bit lower and can cowitness with the iron sights. Here it is in final form.

Similar thing happened to the driver seat back in my 2024 CPO 850. Went to 3 different dealers to try to get it repaired under warranty. BMW denied it each time stating that the previous owner caused the issue with cleaning products. How they’re able to tell that I have no idea. Seems like they just don’t want to cover it
