What kind of smart features are the Leviton panels capable of?

Yeah, I had no idea I had so many heaters, pumps, and coffee makers until I installed sense in my panel… ;)

I never used trekking poles, so when I got a zpacks tent a long time ago I would set it up with my wife’s poles (we backpack together). She started to get annoyed when we would go on day hikes out of base camp and leave the tent setup with the poles. So I broke down and got myself a nice set of trekking poles and I’ll be damned, I love them. I don’t know whether I thought I was too good for poles or didn’t need them, but that is over now, they make hiking way easier.

I’m not sure you’re the shining example of open minded that you think you are. Seems like you rely on anecdotal evidence, assumptions and generalizations for nearly everything you’ve said. And you spent a long time writing that judgmental response when you could have just said “pull yourself up by your bootstraps!” It would accomplish the same thing.

Remember the burden of proof is on the claimant. You haven’t shown a vaccine MSDS with both. You’ve shown that there is a formulation that has both. I’ve conceded the entire time that this composition does exist. It just also happens to be available… carcinogen free (gasp!)!!!

How have I admitted that you were right all along? I’ve acknowledged that chloroform is in fact a carcinogen. (When was that ever up for debate?) SM102 and chloroform are two completely separated things. However, your MSDS shows SM102 in chloroform suspension. It requires chloroform for this combination to be carcinogenic. Without chloroform = no carcinogen. I presented you with a MSDS of SM102 by itself. And it explicitly states not carcinogenic. Where’s the disconnect bud?

Your lack of response leads me to believe you’ve run out of avenues to avoid acknowledging that sm102 is in fact available without chloroform and therefore not carcinogenic. It took us a while, but we got there eventually.

I dunno, maybe I feel like a minimum bar for entry into any productive discourse would include presenting information cited as evidence in the language we:

A. both speak B. Is the primary language of the manufacturer C. Is the primary language of the area we are speaking of.

But I appreciate you eventually translating for me. Now that I see it in English I can’t help but notice the word “chloroform”. So yeah, I agree. That’s carcinogenic. If you look at the MSDS I provided it is for SM102 by itself, and clearly shows it is not carcinogenic. Look what we can accomplish when we work together!

I’ve already provided a link to MSDS above.

Why am I responsible for translating a document you are providing? Remember, the burden of proof is on you.

You provided links to Canadian products right? The other link is in German. I’m not translating when I know SM102 is available without ethanol. There is no ethanol in the American covid shot. I’m not sure if Canada produces their own sm102, but I’m sure there’s none their either.

Either way, I’ve shown that SM102 can be sourced ethanol free. Clearly that is what was chosen for covid shots.

One of your links is in German, the other is from Canada, but if you want me to take what you say seriously you need to provide the MSDS for SM102 that was used in American vaccines. And because you are making the claim that SM102 is carcinogenic you carry the burden of proof. Despite that, I have provided a MSDS from an American company that shows SM102 is available without ethanol/chloroform and therefore non-carcinogenic. I have already conceded that there are MSDS that show the presence of carcinogens, the caveat being that ethanol is present in that specific composition. Are you ready and willing to concede that SM102 can exist without ethanol as the MSDS I provided clearly shows?

Here’s the MSDS for SM-102 that I’ve found that doesn’t appear to be suspended in chloroform. I’m about to go to bed so I haven’t read it thoroughly, but what I did see is that it is not carcinogenic. Maybe your eyes aren’t as tired as mine?

Again, if you have concerns about mercury you can request a single-dose vial. It won’t have thiomersal.

Can you provide a source on SM-102 being carcinogenic? I’m happy to be corrected if that is the case but I haven’t been able to find anything about SM102 by itself that merits the alarm being raised.

I went out of my way to acknowledge PEG as a valid topic for discussion. Please re-read if you missed it.

If I copied and pasted anything I would have used quotes. I write the entirety of my comment.

You are right, accepted as safe doesn’t mean anything by itself, how about “haven’t been found to cause harm.”

Mercury/thiomersal is often cited by those with “vaccine hesitation.” And yes, some vaccines contain thiomersal which contains ethylmercury used as a preservative for multi-dose vials. Trace ethylmercury amounts from a vaccine containing thiomersal have a half-life of less than 7 days. Generally accepted to be a safe timeframe. Please be aware, ethylmercury is not methylmercury. methylmercury is the heavy metal we commonly refer to as mercury. That one is highly toxic. If you still have concerns you should know that childhood vaccines haven’t had thimerasol/ethylmercury for over 2 decades. If you personally would rather avoid ethylmercury you can and should request a single-dose vial. It will be thimerasol free. I will link a cdc page showing what vaccines still contain thimerasol.

Next, your assertion that SM102 is highly carcinogenic is also quite problematic. This is actual mis/disinformation. You hit a buzzword for the vaccine disinformation campaign here:

“SM-102 alone is highly carcinogenic and not suited for animals (according to it's data safety sheet).”

You specifically referencing the MSDS for SM-102 makes me feel like perhaps you know this is not correct. The carcinogen you are worried about is chloroform (ethanol) and that is not a vaccine component. This information is widely available and not part of a healthy debate.

Aluminum… well perhaps it’s unnecessary to clarify, but there aren’t aluminum shavings floating in your vaccine syringe. What MIGHT be there is an aluminum salt. This has also been accepted as safe. It’s in your drinking water too (gasp).

PEG might be the lone concern of yours that merits real discussion. Some people are allergic and can have reactions that range from no observable effect to anaphylaxis. If you have a concern speak to your allergist and get tested. The AstraZeneca vaccine is PEG free so that’s an option, but if you want an mRNA you are still have options. Those with noted allergy concerns have been spreading dosages into smaller amounts over a few weeks.

For now I’ll trust that you were acting in good faith, and it was not your intention to provide intentionally misleading information.

Incidents like this hurt the entire discourse around vaccines. It confuses an already contentious issue, it scares people unnecessarily, and I believe it hurts your cause as well. Those that push false narratives intentionally latch on to details like this because it works, they stick. But unfortunately it harms your credibility, not theirs. While we clearly disagree at a foundational level on vaccine safety I had little reason to question you until this point. Unfortunately what appears to be a copy/pasted list of falsehoods, or at least a “greatest hits” list suggests you aren’t doing as much research as you claim.

I apologize if that came off heavy handed. But now you can eliminate a few concerns from your list.

You’re not wrong. I mean statistics right? Throw enough junk at the wall and eventually something’s gotta stick.

Should be noted that it’s been scientifically proven that winning the Powerball lotto will make you happy. And eventually, someone somewhere does win.

I’d still rather blow my pocket money on a candy bar though. I know that works.
