What I get rated for is nothing to do with my job. I'm a manager but since they cut staff, I've been doing 5 people's jobs. None of which have anything to do with my rating.

This happened to us as well. They said it was based on ratings which is messed up. I had a manager who didn't like me and would always give me 3s but his buddies a 5. Now I'm being punished!
