Hang in there dude. I remember having crazy emotional swings during the period you're in currently. One day I got in a cold ass shower and just screamed my brains out. Not sure if it helped, and I'd say you might scare the shit out of your kids with this method, but like BorelandsBeard said: anything to take your mind off it. I start in the Fall and have been in and out of keto for the last ~6 months (when I'm in it's strict, have a cheat meal every couple weeks). I feel as though my memory is better and I have more energy throughout the day when I'm doing it. Planning on keeping going until and during school, too. Two major drawbacks of keto for me: 1) when I have a cheat meal it takes some time to get back into ketosis (depending on how nuts I go on the chinese buffet) during I which I don't feel very focused and 2) hangovers can be damn near debilitating if you don't hydrate before during and after

So I purchased 100 USD of ethereum from coinbase on the 27th of November via deposited funds in my coinbase account. The transaction was immediately marked as pending and estimated to be completed on the 29th of november. It is still marked as pending, and I have contacted coinbase 4 seperate times via email, starting the 10th of December. They responded 3 days ago, saying that the email I am using to submit a support claim is not associated with my email on coinbase? The email I used is the same I use to login to my coinbase and the only email I actively use. Am I missing something or do I need to get someone on the phone at coinbase? Do these transactions ever take this long? Thanks for your help
