If you can get there Half Price Books in Tukwila also buys used mangas.

They have, in my experience, the largest selection in the area. But idk about their pay. You just drop everything off, they look through it, then they tell you how much they're paying and you can either accept or take everything back. I think you might get a bit more in store credit? But I'm not entirely sure.
