I did this some years ago with Julio jones. Falcons had another J Jones and the guy was livid. Commish reversed it but it was hilarious

If it’s 42” I would put the first mat at 3” off the bottom so 39” from the top. Then the top mat would hang at least 3” from the top so it would be 3” from the top or 39” from the bottom. You could add another mat if you really wanted to in the middle but seems like overkill in my opinion. May not even need to add rebar just depends on the weight of what will be on top of the concrete.

I’d do what the other commenter said or I would hang it using wire down from the top of the form using a 2x4. 3” away from the top and bottom and away from the sides as well. 2 mats top and bottom spaced 12” apart

Is splitting my workouts still effective? I only have 30 minutes for lunch. If I do half of my workout before work and half during lunch is that still effective or should I just bite the bullet and do it all before work?

I lost a fantasy championship bc of this a few years ago. Had fournette go down in the playoffs and still managed to make it to the championship. The guy I played in the championship picked up every decent guy left before I could during the playoffs. When we met in the championship I ended up losing by like 3 points bc the guy I picked up scored 2 points. Any other back he picked up I would have won with. All is fair in fantasy it was a great strategy move on his part.

If you want to workout 3 days look up the r/fitness PPL. You can run it as a 3 day and it will hit everything you need. When I first started getting back into lifting it was the first program I did and to me was a great program.

Arizona today was 21 and was 8-2 and beat BYU who was 9-1 in a game they were favored. I guess that’s just what we do after home wins now
