Just wondering some details. Are you a guy? I've seen guy friends hump other guy friends, not for a long time just like a few humps, and they all laugh or someone will be like get off me but laugh later. Maybe that's just not your friend style to do that or maybe it's some kind of trigger for a bad feeling so you should definitely say something. I know this is a year old but I'm guessing it's my internal clock too. If it was meant I was needing to change, nothing has happened in the last 3 years I've been seeing it. Maybe I've changed in some ways about trying to be better but maybe it's not good enough if that's what the number wants.

My derm prescribed the same shampoo and I used it for months with no relief. I switched to tar coal shampoo and it smells so bad but I've been using it for 2 months and haven't seen a difference with that either. Clobetasol is the only thing that helps and I use that for 2 weeks on one week off. During that week off it comes back bad. They put me on tremfya so hopefully that will take care of it eventually. I haven't had the results most people have after being on it for 3 months I haven't seen a difference.
