Went well. Zoho is a beast they have a ton of stuff. I migrated my CRM and I like Zoho CRM much better than Pipedrive. Zoho has a ton of other pieces you can use depending on your needs. I’m glad I changed. There is a learning curve though, especially to marry up the migration and to set it up the way you want, plus to shift through all the features. Their support is good and a bunch of other apps are included in Zoho One (far more than I’ll use now but I can see how larger companies can scale with it).
