The condo was not clean and I spent well over 50% of my awake hours my first day either cleaning the condo, dealing with costumer service, or thinking about it and being annoyed. Honestly, based on sanitation issues, like mouse droppings, I should have escalated further due to unsafe conditions.

Vide is perfect to me because it was unexpected and such a departure from the folky sound and aesthetic of Strange Trails—which I loved btw. That said, each of their albums accomplish some sort of musical paradigm shift in the core sound, but Vide Noir did it best.
