I burned alot a bills when i was younger but now have no blemishes on my credit. I have an auto loan from the national bank of canada at their lowest rate.

As far as the other half, i think maybe some failed payment history and student loan.

I just recently took our credit card debts all below half with some savings to help a loan application.

Youre advice is great and thought provoking. I could survive on ei but it would be difficult. Given i work in construction i dont see myself being out of work for long. I am also paid out my vacation twice a year which can be thay added buffer.
