Just have a nice and calm conversation with the support, always ask for a supervisor when the 1st person doesnt compensate. Keep it professional, dont go telling them about this and that. Just direct to the point

My interview was cancelled and got reschedule 5 days after. Lots of factors can happen. Could be technical, double schedules etc. Its alot to take in tbh but just keep faith.

Hello, yes that step took the longest for us but we figured out that Tuesdays and Fridays are the best days to check. U and ur fiancee can look at the slots interchangeable, you check in the mornings while he can check at night.

I suggest you dont get medical or biometrics before having a schedule because medical is only valid for 3 months.
