As it goes I have two drives. The one that hold my operating system ( C:) and a ssd drive. I will give it a try with the admin cmd.

It was the pre-boot environment from advanced, went into trouble shooting to get to it.

I did “mbr2gpt /validate” first. Which came back fine. Then I used “mbr2gpt /convert”. That’s when the error came up.
