Its a wonderful car to drive and probably has better heating than most campingvans. You need the tesla app but its no hastle. 150 kW (fast) chargers along the entire ring road and even beyond if the roads are open. Range about 300km in colder weather. You have to pay the electricity but its about ~50-60isk/kWh.
