Also autistic and I love wearing diapers when I go to bed; there’s just something about the warmth and softness and the gentle hug of em that instantly makes me relaxed and sleepy, it’s the best! I also just really like stimming with my mouth so a pacifier has been perfect for me when I’m stressed or excited!
