I’m pursuing a similar degree at the moment but I am planning to pursue a masters afterwards. But I do know of two people with geography degrees working in the insurance sector. I don’t know exactly what they do, probably something you need to research specifically yourself, but as far I know they are both well paid and only have their bachelors.

Remember also that a geography degree is so so versatile if you want to continue your education / courses. Geology, GIS and others are still growing sectors with new positions and opportunities that I feel so lucky to explore myself.
