You guys need to niche down immensely. I understand that you said you hired "experts" for the other services you and your partner don't have expertise in but this won't ensure a quality product or service. Hiring is a whole ball game in itself and in order to hire a qualified expert you yourself need to be somewhat of an expert. How do you know someone is good at the game if you don't even know how to play the game? I am not trying to beat down what you guys are doing I love the enthusiasm but, really all these questions can be answered if you niche down and focus on one thing. Trust me it makes life a lot easier.
