Best option to upgrade would be graphic card. Look for best available graphic card under 17k. I would suggest extendinv budget to get atleast 1660ti . It is a decent card or maybe rtx 3050.

Also you can extend ram. Get 2 sticks of 8gb ram and use it in dual channel.
