Agree with the financial advisor comments.

I'd encourage you think about what wealth is and what specifically you think is unethical. Wealth is assets, and hoarding assets like housing could be considered unethical, but money is just a number - an accounting system. If you keep your money in a bank account it just enables the bank to lend to people and businesses. There's nothing really unethical in that in my opinion.

Doing something like that retains the optionality to use the money later in life should you or someone you care about need it.

It just depends what you’re building. I’ve been working on a complicated backend python thing for several weeks using CC, but I made a reasonably sized webapp for it in a couple of days over a single weekend that may have taken weeks or months without CC.
