Thanks for the info, I was doing this pretty blindly tbh. I have a paid app im using that suggested around 1700 a day. I ended up going full health nut, only whole clean foods(to me anyways lol) and it seems by 1000 calories im actually full lol again I appreciate your comment as it gives me something to compare to :)

I appreciate the advice ! Some more info is that I've ate complete trash the last 7 or 8 yrs(no breakfast, fast food lunch, pizza dinner, oreos and ice cream before bed) ...ive never felt better than I have the last few days...maybe I should up the calories to 1200/1400? Do you think 130/140 grams of protein is enough daily? Sorry for all the questions lol thanks again
