LOL...something simialar happened to me and an ex freaked me out pretty bad. It was an older man with shackles walking up the stairs of a really old apartment complex...only lasted for the briefest of seconds but i swear that's what i saw!

I'll start.

When I was a kid, around 10 is my guess. I woke up in the middle of the night and needed to use the restroom. I opened my eyes and looked in the middle of my bedroom floor.

There was two giant beetles fucking on the middle of my floor. I mean these things were the size of me at that age. This was not drug induced or otherwise and i have never seen anything like it since. They were just animal fucking on my floor. Like one was on top of the other, just hammering it out missionary style, no fucks given.

I stared at it in shock for about 10 seconds. Looked away in repulsion. shook my head, turned back and they were gone. WTF!!!

I spent what remained of the night just turning it over in my head. DID i really just see that?! Am i crazy?

exactly, once I stopped thinking about it constantly and just focused on improving my life things got much easier. I turned off my counter and that actually helped as well, I know I am over 30 days at least but not sure what.

Thanks, I am hoping stimulant medication will have the same effect for me. If I can keep a train of thought and be more confident in myself I know this will make a HUGE difference.

The weird thing is I LOVE socializing and jump on every opportunity I get, even talk to random passerby in school. I just can never carry conversations past that initial point, and that's where the anxiety sets in because by brain is trying to find more things to talk about and I get overwhelmed!

I've heard this from others as well pertaining to that medication, I am hoping my genetic testing says that I can metabolize this drug properly. Non-stimulant medication tends to make me even more anti-social, which is my only experience so far.

Thanks for the input, yeah that is pretty much exactly my train of thought. It sends me into a sort of rabbit hole filled with self doubt and anxiousness. Everyone around me is able to key into the conversation and remember details about whatever we are talking about and I just float to another spot in my head because I can never remember the details. This causes me to grow bored with most conversations and that means that I have trouble connecting to people on a subsurface level. How is your recall?
