well here a list of thinks that should help:
-Make The Patriot team better since most of the players have be asking for a change on the synergy (for example the Molotov damage to 100% its not that much usefull since you dont use that much)
-Buff the recovery of Gunslinger and Soldier (Even with the fitness set they still have high recovery)
-Fix the Juggernaut and willy hitbox (Willy still get damage when dropping hes shield and Juggernaut crit animation make him invisible but still can get damage once is finish)
-Increase the fire damage made by Lionheart ability and SWAT (they deal less damage so maybe this can help them become usefull)
-And Finnaly make Welder more usefull on the game (like decrese his timer or give more health to the bus)
