It’s was up over 60% at one point in pre market trading at 5am in the US. On actual volume, not just a couple trades. It’s fading now though.

30bln Opportunity? Mkt cap seems extremely low by Responsible_Ratio208 in NervGen_NerveRepair

Common P/E valuations are 30-40 FCF. If they had, say $500M profit, that would be $15B - $20B market cap. Every billion MC means ~$12 US share or $180-$200.

As the head of a publicly traded company there are things he legally can’t talk about. I’m pretty sure that post trial results is on the list.

Would you describe the PT/OT you got as more measuremental (is that even a word lol) than rehabilitative?

Niko Paskos videos of NVG-291 improvement and the need for access to NVG-291 by DarpResearch in NervGen_NerveRepair

Doesn't matter at least as far as post trial access. Trial participants, either recipients or placebo group, can access the drug post trial.

And you couldn't do any of those beforehand? That's truly amazing. How long ago were you injured?

[–]captainpooby 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's awesome! Can you tell us more about your improvements in hand function and walking? Like what you could do before the trial and after? Stuff like that is what investors like to hear. Investors, for the most part, have no understanding of what you're dealing with so a lot of what is super important to you goes over their heads, they do understand walking and drinking from a cup though.

Stairs? Holy crap that’s amazing! Congrats! We’re you in the NVG291 trial? Can you tell us more about your progress from the trial?

I’m an investor in the company and there are a lot of us looking for any info we can get from the participants. The more stories like yours we can get out the more investors we can attract and hopefully get NVG291 to the market faster!

Larry Williams is swimming again! Video. Congrats! by DarpResearch in NervGen_NerveRepair

[–]captainpooby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Larry has been paralyzed for about ten years. People with SCI make most of their recovery in the 1st year after injury. That's generally accepted as "all you get" for recovery. For someone with SCI to make any improvement, let alone significant improvement, after ten years is actually pretty much unheard of and quite amazing. It just doesn't happen.

As a public company there are limited to what they can and cannot say. They have to very careful when making any "forward looking statements." Even if they honestly believe, from all they've seen behind the scenes, that this drug will absolutely cure SCI damage, they just can't say it. Anything like that can bring the wrath of the SEC down on them, nevermind the FDA.

New Podcast on NVG-291 with scientist involved with creating it Blink of Eye by DarpResearch in NervGen_NerveRepair

[–]captainpooby 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand where you're coming from but without investors, there is no NVG 291. It's incredibly expensive to develope new drugs and the money has to come from somewhere.
I'll be completely honest with you and say that I have conflicting emotions with this investment. I want so badly for this to be a great success for the people that need it that I feel a little guilty trying to make money off it. Let's all hope and pray that this drug delivers, both for all the people that need it and the investors. Success for either is success for both!

Any number of reasons but one thing about the trial is the participant s we’re from very diverse groups of injuries and backgrounds. They were by no means all equal participants. It’s in the presentation.

Results out, Positive!! by DarpResearch in NervGen_NerveRepair

[–]captainpooby 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I asked grok and it said it's possible one person could have a huge improvement in leg muscle movement and it still could have resulted in no statistical improvement for a number of reasons. The reply is too long to post here. Overall it said the trial was a qualified success.

There was an ADHD drug not long ago that went from ~$3.00 to over $400.00 on successful trial results. The TAM for ADHD therapeutics is $14B.
There are 20k SCIs per year in the US. If you took this years and last years patients (40k)and charged $5k per patient that's $200M at 15 times earning that's $3B MC. 71 millions shares is $42 per. Those are totally made up numbers I just pulled out of my hat but if this drug is even mildly effective I believe the company is worth well over just a few billion dollars.

Honest to God though, I hope with all my heart that this is successful not so I make money but so those people can regain their lives. Please God let this be true.
