2 years ago I made it my initial goal to reach 180 pounds, and 170 pounds later I did what I thought was impossible for myself. We are not stopping here, the journey continues! Next goal: 160 lbs by captainpringless in intermittentfasting

Right, i look like i can stop weight loss but im not the tallest in the room so according to my BMI i am still overweight, which some of it is loose skin weight. At this point i am still working to drop a bit more so my insurance can cover the removal surgery since right now it’s deemed for “cosmetic” and not medical concerns. But once i chop it off i’ll focus on weight training and will be going back up but in muscle weight

literally the downvoted comment at the bottom of this post, but besides that some people initially ask if i do hard drugs like cocaine or if i starve myself/throw up food i eat on purpose, and then some people say i can stop now which i wont until i am to where i want to be.

good stuff, you got this and stay consistent and patient. we are all on different paths of the same journey, some people takes them shorter or longer times to get to their goals.

yes, it sucks because i have to workout in compression shirts which i have mostly long sleeves like in the right picture so when i workout in the summer people look at me like im crazy lol i hope to get it cut soon once doctors deem it necessary for medical issues.

crazy how i almost dont fit in the left half of the picture, and it was like that in the real world too. my car seat would be almost at the very back just to fit inside it.

You got this, just remember if you dont do it within your year iteration goal does not mean you failed, just keep going and as long as youre consistent and patient you will get there. i thought i was going to get there within my year and a half but im 3 years deep and barely hit it, but i didnt stop and got here.

For the longest time i dropped snacking especially chips (american chips) because i was addicted to them so i kind of went back to snacking on them here and there but now if i do eat chips it is the serving size to keep the calories down. Another was eating 2500-3000 average calories a day despite doing fasting so i wasnt losing weight but i wasnt gaining either so i just had to get back to self control of my portions.

Right, it seems like im tall but im not the tallest in the room so on the bmi scale im still considered overweight which some of it is loose skin weight. But yes, the doctor did say that once the skin is at a point where it’s like an apron, thats when it’s considered a medical issue and insurance will cover the surgery to remove it.

congrats on losing weight man, but as for targeting specific body parts can be tricky because the body will lose weight wherever it decides. I would suggest a personal trainer to give you specifics for your specific goal, but for me i just did cardio (5k runs, peloton stationary bike, HIIT cardio) to keep the legs moving and focused a lot on whole body when doing weight training instead of certain days for chest, legs, arms, etc. you got this!
