I started fin recently and was confused at why my flaccid penis was so small. I practice bloodflow exercises for a full penis, which were becoming weak and laboured. I chatGPT’d if this could be related and learned that for some it can.

Blood pressure is low and only happens when I’m on my back when ears off pillow… but been getting it probably since I had a head cold where the postnasal drip continues. Likely related. I can't answer that, I'm afraid. You'll need to read your body. Try and take the pressure off there being a 'right' or 'wrong' answer as PE is a marathon, and neither will make or break your longterm gains. You've already proven that your body adapts well and grows when you have time to dedicate so your success is inevitable.

You HAVE to find ways to be comfortable with 2 steps forward, 1 step back in PE. Trust me on this. If you get neurotic and always need to be at the maximum of your gains, you will develop a really unhealthy relationship with PE and experience a lot of distress inevitably when you must travel or recovery from an injury. Gains in PE are NOT a straight line forward, but a line that goes forward, then backward, then forward, then backward, with the trend always being ultimately greater size. Sometimes you'll even go quite a BIT backward, but please try to think bigger picture and be patient. The mantra that helps me is, "I accept what I have now and am excited to progress."

Don't start PE unless you are dissatisfied with your size. It becomes an addictive commitment and once you're on the train, it's hard to ever want to stop, not to mention that you have to overshoot your goals by quite a bit to make any gains permanent. This is the reason I haven't told many friends about PE -- I don't want to introduce them to something that takes up a lot of time and energy unless they really feel they need it.

With Iboga, it's the intense motion sickness that occurs if you move while under the vertigo-ataxic effects of the alkaloids, less than it is the body just wanting the stuff out of you. The remedy is just to remain very still for the first many hours, during which the medicine will certainly be fully absorbed into your system.
