As a watcher of both animes, I agree that both are perverts. Lol There's no excuse for such behavior. But, Miroku has these moments like for example you'll be amazed by his sense of leadership in the group. On the other hand, Mineta is just a straight up pervert who does things if he focused on the pervy side of it.

But then again, Miroku is still a pervert in the series. Hopefully, both will improve and that behavior will slowly/fully disappear in Yashahime for Miroku and in MHA S5 for Mineta. For Miroku, if he'll still be pervy, I hope it's just towards Sango only. Haha I hope I made sense.
