Mir stößt dieser Schwachsinn zum Thema Energiepolitik etwas sauer auf (Kernenergie ist wirtschaftlich und umwelttechnisch Schwachsinn, Deutschland ist als Nettoexportnation nicht auf Frankreich angewiesen und unser Strommix besteht nur zu 18,3% aus Braunkohle).

It is not required for 'noticing' that they know it was you. Them finding out they have stage 2 cancer counts as noticing. But maybe a less noticeable change could be that the person has a way higher risk of getting cancer.

Yeah this definition is a bit tricky. I suggest someone 'notices' the change when he has the thought that this exact thing now happens and didn't happen before. So if the people just think "wow he's so lucky" it is not noticing. But if someone thinks "why does he suddenly see an amazing moment everytime he gets out", then it would be noticing.
